    non-road machinery driving axle are mainly the front driving axle for 18-200 horsepower tractor , the without driving axle for 30-90 horsepower tractor , the axle for engineering machinery, the axle for special vehicles and so on. Among them, the front driving axle of tractor has first market share in China .

    Our company has 800 workers, including 236 engineers .

    At present, the factory covers an area of 51000 ㎡, the industrial park which will be put into producing at 2010, covers an area of 167 mu (110,000 ㎡). In 2008 the company completed 280 million RMB of income. We are going to complete 328 million RMB of income in 2009. We have strong technical force, excellent processing equipment . The technology center of our company is equipped with axle Institute, equipment research institute, Institute of Automation, Technological Institute . Currently it has 226 engineers, with CAD, CAPP, PDM process design for the supporting network and ERP, CRM and other production and customer management information platform. We have five production lines for drive axle, including the only professional production and assembly line which for the driving axle of high-horsepower wheel-tractor. Our company can test driving axle online . The car axle assembly technology include the automated assembly, digital assembly, on-line detection, information management concepts were applied to the our tractor’s axle. Two new sub-line of production equipment marks a new phase of our front drive axle assembly,we have got the leading domestic level in China.

Our company currently has an annual output of 60000 sets of drive axle, other deformation axle 20000 sets of production capacity.
